Omoye English: (North)Omoye was recruited from Canada on an athletic scholarship to run Track and Field for the University of Illinois where she graduated with a bachelor degree in Community Health Education. After graduating from university, she got certified as a personal trainer so that she may be able to put the skills and knowledge she has gained from her education and athletic experience to great use. “Through my years as an athlete, I have learned how to be successful at what I do, motivating and ensuring success for clients/athletes.” Omoye, aspires to be a strength and conditioning coach for college athletes. |

Josh Heob: (North)Josh is a fairly young trainer but don’t let his youth be mistaken for a lack of experience. Josh took to the healthy lifestyle at a much younger age than most; he believes that you work hard in the gym so that you can have more fun when you’re not in the gym. Josh’s clients range from women wanting to lose over 100 lbs to young men wanting to put on lean muscle. He is a multi-faceted trainer that has the knowledge to overcome any goal. |

Greg Downey: (South)Greg is a nursing student at St. John’s college of nursing. He will be a Registered Nurse as of January 2011. He attends Second Baptist church in Springfield, and is very involved in the college ministry there. He played two years of football and baseball at Southwest Baptist University. Mountain biking, backpacking, skiing, and working out have taken the place of team sports in his life. Greg is commissioned to be a nurse in the United States Navy when he completes his BSN. Working out with Greg is exciting, challenging, and most importantly, results driven. Greg expects his clients to commit to the system, show up, struggle, get better, and feel like a new person. He expects more out of you than you do. Greg specializes in high intensity crossfit like programs and functional training. |

Danny Carlson: (South)Danny is a senior at Missouri State University finishing his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Movement Science. His fitness background includes personal training certifications with American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and AFAA, as well as being a part of the pre-physical therapy and exercise science associations through MSU. Danny has 6 years of experience in the health and fitness industry competing as a competitive Mixed Martial Artist and specializing in weight loss and athletic development. |

His specialty is weight loss and rehabilitation; he focuses on the mind muscle connection so that you can make the most out of every workout. Travell Collins: (South)Travell is an AFAA certified trainer that specializes in multiple Les Mills Fitness classes as well as one-on-one training. His strong points are a very well rounded knowledge of strength, flexibility, and performance. He blends a variety of techniques together to create his own style, and you are guaranteed to have a great experience due to his sense of humor and lively personality. |

Jordan Freeze: (South)Jordan is currently a Senior majoring in Dietetics at Missouri State University. She is AFAA certified in personal training and also teaches group fitness classes for Missouri State in addition to being the Fitness and Wellness Student Specialist for Campus Recreation. |

She specializes in training women that need that extra push, and want results yesterday.
